This is where users, providers and manufacturers meet.

On the one hand, there is the online shop where you can purchase an enablerr solution, buy additional plug-ins or offer your own plug-ins.

On the other hand, relevant information and support for the enablerr Eco-System can be found and shared here.

Just as we envision an easy-to-use business solution that supports entrepreneurial activity and its users, we also want to make it as simple as possible to set up and customise the business solution.

We have laid the foundation for this with the plug-in approach of the enablerr builder and the automatic generation of user guidance and database in the executing enablerr engine.

Industry solutions and functions

On the enablerr market, the interested buyer will find industry solutions and a wide selection of functions with which the individual system can be expanded. 

In the online shop, I select the desired solution, specify the number of users and receive the access data for my individual business solution immediately after payment. It doesn’t get much simpler than that.

For extensions, the procedure is exactly the same; I search for the desired functions, compare the ratings and decide on an offer.

After the checkout, the plug-in is delivered and I activate it in my individual enablerr engine. Immediately afterwards, the new functions are available.

It is just as uncomplicated for providers of plug-ins. After registration, they get access to the online shop and can offer their plug-ins, which they have modelled in the enablerr builder, on the enablerr market.

Whether they make their plug-ins freely available, sell them or license them is up to them. They are also free to set their own prices. And just as interesting is the fact that no transaction fees are deducted from their sales. The entire turnover belongs exclusively to the provider.

Support & Service

As different as the needs for service are, as open we design the service offer. Here, too, the community comes into play. Some services are offered by pier4all and others are provided by partners.

enablerr offers excellent conditions for setting up, operating and expanding your own business solution completely autonomously. Interested parties will find everything they need to know on the enablerr market. There are tutorials, FAQs, blogs and forums about the enablerr eco-system and a community that supports you.

It is possible to make use of support services from pier4all, which are available without a special contract. This is a “best effort” service, i.e. without guaranteed response times.

Particularly for somewhat larger companies, there is a need for more security. They are used to signing a service level agreement (SLA) with a service provider for a fixed response time, which results in corresponding costs.

It is important to us to make the whole range accessible in order to meet the different needs.
